1. ProTek Devices Introduces Gigabit Device For Wireless Handheld Systems
ProTek Devices has introduced the ESOT12LCC-1, a high frequency, transient voltage suppression protector for handheld systems, wireless telecommunications, PDAs, PCMCIA cards, and digital cameras. The ESOT12LCC-1 is packaged in a SOT23-6 plastic case and is available in a 12 volt, bidirectional configuration. This devices is rated for 250 Watts of peak pulse power (8x20µs), which is sufficient for the protection of tertiary-type lightning threats at key interface locations.
