Delixi-Electric Formally established
On Nov,16th ,2007, “Delixi Electric”-a joint venture of Schneider electric and Delixi group- was putting into commercial production.
1.Mountain view-based strategic cooperation/visionary cooperation
Based on the purpose to mutual supplement with each other’s advantages,this strategic cooperation will comply with their own development strategy. In the fast-growing market, the incorporation of new joint venture will facilitate the construction of value brand, human resource, management team and technical strengths, etc.

3.About us
Delixi Electric is located at Liushi, Yueqing City , it will carry on the operation model of Delixi group, develop independently, and keep the brand of “Delixi”.
The total investment of Delixi Electric Ltd. is amounted to RMB1800 millions, each partner owns 50 percent of share, this joint venture employs about 4 thousand staff with the operation on R&D, production, distribution and marketing, etc.
Right now, this joint venture mainly produces the following six category: MCB,MCCB, ACB, Contactors, Overload Relays. As well as distribution of other products made by Delixi group. It’s expected to achieve an annual output value of RMB2260 millions in 2007.
